The US Rowing Youth National Championships are the highest level of competition that our team has the opportunity to compete against. MHRC will only be able to compete at Nationals if we qualify boats at Central Youths.
Mile High Rowing Club has had athletes compete at Nationals every year since 2009 when the club was founded.

The 5280 Regatta

Mile High will race on our home course at the Cherry Creek Reservoir, hosted by Denver’s adult rowing club, Rocky Mountain Rowing Club.

After a five year break, we are back and better than ever with virtual and in-person races.
In-person races will be held at the Lake House at Pelican Bay in Cherry Creek State Park - annual or day pass required:
2000 M & 500 M Masters Mens age group races - lightweight and heavyweight
2000 M & 500 M Masters Womens age group races - lightweight and heavyweight
2000 M & 500 M Junior Mens age group races
2000 M & 500 M Junior Womens age group races
2000 M Mens & Womens adaptive trunk and arms races
Mens & Womens wounded veteran races
2000 M Mens & Womens collegiate races - novice, lightweight, heavyweight
Virtual races must be completed on a Concept 2 erg between February 25 - March 2, 2024:
1/2 Marathon Virtual Row - Masters Men & Women (age handicap race)
Hour Virtual Row - Masters Men & Women (age handicap race)
30 Minute Virtual Row - Men & Women Open; Masters Men & Women (age handicap race); Men & Women U15, U17, U19
2000m Masters Men & Women (age handicap race)
