My favorite thing about rowing is the community. Rowers work together and lift each other up. I love that about this sport.

I used to think winning a gold medal was the best feeling in the world. Now I know watching the people I coach go on to win gold medals is the best feeling. This sport taught me so much and I’m thankful to be able to pass that on!

I walked on to a D1 team in college with no prior athletic experience and I was hooked as soon as I sat in a boat and I’ve been competing ever since.

I love helping athletes develop leadership skills and confidence on and off the water. I have an “any boat, any seat, any time” mentality and love to cultivate a spirit of teamwork and community.
